I tend to freak out about things. You're either going to want to fix it (I don't expect or need you to) or you're going to want to leave until I calm down. But trying to fix it or leaving will only get me more worked up. Try telling me you're here. You hear me. And maybe try holding my hand or giving me a hug. I know it seems like I'll jump at touch, but I bet I'll melt instead.
